By accessing or using Razzhood ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Razzhood is a hosted runtime token distribution marketplace and an AI usage distribution / settlement layer. The Platform lets users discover published listings, create hosted runtime requests, and move through usage, billing, split, attribution, and balance flows.

Razzhood provides listing infrastructure, hosted runtime ingress, and ledger-centered settlement tooling. Specific listing terms, runtime behavior, and delivery expectations may vary by listing.

3. Listings and Runtime Requests

• Listings are offered as described on the relevant listing page.
• Submitting a hosted runtime request does not guarantee any result beyond the active listing terms and the currently supported runtime path.
• Usage, billing, attribution, and settlement are recorded according to the active platform logic and listing configuration.
• Referral and attribution flows may affect value routing and earnings allocation.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login email. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

5. Fees, Balances, and Payments

• Pricing is shown on the listing page at the time of request.
• Some value may be reserved before downstream runtime settlement is finalized.
• Platform fees, creator shares, inviter shares, and balance updates may change as platform policies evolve.
• Refunds or reversals are handled in accordance with applicable law, platform policy, and the active offer terms.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to manipulate or game platform systems

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Razzhood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Razzhood and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
